Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O supply, it supports AEC-Q100 Grade 1 (-40°C to +125°C). Maximum read rates are 52 MBps in Quad mode and 80 MBps in Quad DDR mode.
