The S25FL128SAGBHBB03 is a 128 Mb SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory based on Infineon's MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for high-density storage and fast read, program, and erase speeds. It supports single, dual, and quad I/O modes including DDR, with up to 80 MBps read speed. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive use up to 125°C. Typical applications include code shadowing and automotive data storage.
