The S25FL128SAGBHBA03 is a 128 Mb (16 MB) automotive-grade SPI NOR flash memory based on 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology with Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase. It supports SPI Multi-I/O (x1, x2, x4) and DDR read, up to 133 MHz SDR and 80 MHz DDR. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it is AEC-Q100 Grade 2 qualified for -40°C to +105°C.
