The S25FL128SAGBHB200 is a 128 Mb (16 MB) SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for high-speed operation. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI modes, including DDR, with read speeds up to 52 MBps (Quad, 104 MHz) and DDR up to 80 MBps. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it offers advanced sector protection, 100,000 program-erase cycles, and 20-year data retention.
