The S25FL512SAGBHIA10 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory utilizing Infineon's MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse™ architecture for improved program and erase performance. Supporting single, dual, and quad SPI modes plus DDR commands, it achieves up to 80 MBps data transfer. Operating at 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O supply, it offers 100,000 program-erase cycles minimum and 20-year data retention.
