The S26HS512TGABHM010 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ NOR Flash using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. It supports HYPERBUS™ (DDR up to 400 MBps) and legacy SPI (SDR up to 21 MBps) interfaces. Key features include flexible sector architecture, ISO 26262 ASIL-B compliant functional safety, built-in SECDED ECC, interface and data integrity CRC, SafeBoot, and advanced sector protection. Operating from 1.7 V to 2.0 V, it is AEC-Q100 automotive qualified for -40°C to +125°C.
