The S26HS512TGABHI000 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ NOR Flash using Infineon's MIRRORBIT™ technology and supporting HYPERBUS™ and legacy SPI interfaces. It delivers up to 400 MBps (200 MHz DDR), ISO26262 ASIL-B safety, and ECC for single-bit correction and double-bit error detection. Operating from 1.7 V to 2.0 V, it withstands -40°C to 125°C. Endurance Flex architecture enables high-endurance partitions and AutoBoot for fast startup, making it ideal for automotive and safety use.
