The S26HS01GTGABHM033 is a 1 Gb SEMPER™ NOR Flash memory using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. It supports HYPERBUS™ (DDR up to 400 MBps) and SPI, operates at 2.7 V to 3.6 V, and offers at least 2,560,000 program-erase cycles with 25 years data retention. ISO 26262 ASIL-B compliant and AEC-Q100 qualified, it features ECC, interface/data CRC, SafeBoot, advanced sector protection, and Endurance Flex for high endurance or long retention partitions.
