It supports Quad SPI with SDR up to 83 MBps and DDR up to 102 MBps, operating at 2.7 V to 3.6 V. ISO 26262 ASIL-B compliant and ASIL-D ready, it features ECC, advanced sector protection, and SafeBoot for functional safety. Endurance Flex enables up to 1,280,000 program-erase cycles and 25 years retention. Automotive qualified for -40°C to 125°C.
