The S25HL512TFABHM013 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ NOR Flash using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, supporting Quad SPI interface with SDR up to 83 MBps and DDR up to 102 MBps at 3.0 V. It features flexible sector architecture, ISO 26262 ASIL-B compliance, ECC (SECDED), and Endurance Flex for up to 1,280,000 program-erase cycles. Designed for automotive and industrial use, it supports AEC-Q100 Grade 1 operation from -40°C to +125°C.
