The S25HL512TDPNHI010 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ NOR Flash using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. It supports flexible sector architectures (4 KB and 256 KB), Quad SPI up to 83 MBps SDR and 102 MBps DDR, Dual SPI, and standard SPI. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V and -40°C to +125°C, it features ISO26262 ASIL B compliance, ECC with single-bit correction and double-bit detection, SafeBoot, advanced sector protection, and up to 1,280,000 program-erase cycles.
