The S25FL512SAGBHBA10 is a 512 Mb SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory using Infineon's MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse™ architecture. Supporting single, dual, quad, and DDR SPI interfaces, it achieves up to 80 MBps read rates. Operating at 2.7–3.6 V core and 1.65–3.6 V I/O voltage, it offers 100,000 endurance cycles and 20-year data retention. AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive use up to 125°C, it features OTP and sector protection for code shadowing, XIP, and data storage.
