The S25FL256SDSMFBG10 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory using MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for improved program and erase performance. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI modes including DDR, with read rates up to 80 MBps. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V (core) and 1.65 V to 3.6 V (I/O), it offers hybrid or uniform sector configurations, 100,000 program-erase cycles minimum, and 20-year data retention.
