The S25FL256SDSMFBG01 is a 256 Mb SPI Multi-I/O flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for improved program and erase speeds. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O supply, supporting DDR read up to 80 MBps and quad read up to 52 MBps.
