The S25FL256SDSMFB013 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) SPI NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase. It supports single, dual, quad, and DDR I/O, with core voltage 2.7 V to 3.6 V and I/O voltage 1.65 V to 3.6 V. Maximum read rates reach 80 MBps in Quad DDR mode.
