The S25FL256SDSBHV213 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) SPI NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture, supporting Single, Dual, Quad, and DDR multi-I/O modes. It operates at 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, with AEC-Q100 Grade 2 qualification for -40°C to +105°C.
