The S25FS256SAGMFM001 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) flash memory device featuring MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase cycles. It supports SPI Multi-I/O with single, dual, and quad interfaces, including DDR modes, and operates from 1.7 V to 2.0 V across -40°C to +125°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 1).
