The S26HS01GTFPBHM023 is a 1 Gb SEMPER™ NOR Flash with HYPERBUS™ interface and Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. It supports DDR up to 400 MBps and legacy SPI up to 21 MBps. Functional safety includes ISO26262 ASIL-B compliance and ASIL-D readiness. Endurance Flex architecture enables high-endurance and long-retention partitions, with minimum 2,560,000 program-erase cycles and 25 years data retention. ECC corrects single-bit errors and detects double-bit errors.
