The S25HL02GTDPBHV053 is a 2 Gb SEMPER™ NOR Flash memory using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology in a dual-die package. It supports Quad SPI up to 102 MBps (DDR) and 83 MBps (SDR), with ISO 26262 ASIL B compliance, ECC for single-bit error correction and double-bit detection, and CRC for data integrity. Operating at 2.7 V to 3.6 V, it meets AEC-Q100 Grade 1 (-40°C to +125°C) and offers at least 2,560,000 program-erase cycles and 25-year retention.
