It features Quad SPI interface with SDR up to 166 MHz (83 MBps) and DDR up to 102 MHz (102 MBps), ISO26262 ASIL B compliance, ECC, CRC, and SafeBoot. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V, it is AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified and housed in a 24-ball BGA package for automotive and industrial use.
