The S25FL128SDSMFBG00 is a 128 Mb (16 MB) SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory based on Infineon's MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture, enabling fast program and erase operations. It operates from a 2.7 V to 3.6 V core supply and supports I/O voltages from 1.65 V to 3.6 V. Maximum read speeds reach 52 MBps in Quad mode and 80 MBps in Quad DDR mode.
