The S25FS256SAGMFB000 is a 256 Mbit (32 MB) SPI NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology with Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase. Operating from 1.7 V to 2.0 V, it supports single, dual, and quad I/O SPI, including DDR up to 133 MHz and read rates up to 80 MBps. With flexible sector options, 100,000 program-erase cycles, and 20-year retention, it is AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified for automotive and embedded code storage, XIP, and data logging.
