Operating from 1.7 V to 2.0 V and qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 1 (–40°C to +125°C), it offers hybrid and uniform sector options, 100,000 program-erase cycles, 20-year data retention, advanced sector protection, and a 512-byte programming buffer.
