It supports SPI Multi-I/O, including single, dual, quad, and DDR modes, with up to 80 MBps read rates at 1.7 V to 2.0 V. With flexible sector architectures, 100,000 program-erase cycles minimum, and 20-year data retention, it is ideal for code shadowing, XIP, and embedded systems.
