The S25FL256SAGBHIA10 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) automotive-grade SPI NOR flash memory based on 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology with Eclipse architecture for enhanced program and erase performance. It supports SPI Multi-I/O, including single, dual, and quad data paths, with clock rates up to 133 MHz and maximum read speeds of 52 MBps (SDR) and 80 MBps (DDR).
