It supports SPI Multi-I/O (x1, x2, x4) and DDR modes, reaching up to 80 MBps Quad DDR read at 80 MHz. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it offers 20-year data retention, 100,000 cycles, advanced sector protection, and AEC-Q100 Grade 2 qualification for -40°C to +105°C automotive use.
