The S25FL256SAGBHI303 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) automotive-grade SPI NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture. It supports single, dual, and quad I/O, DDR up to 133 MHz, and delivers up to 80 MBps Quad DDR read speed. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it offers 100,000 program-erase cycles, 20-year data retention, advanced sector protection, and AEC-Q100 Grade 2 (–40°C to +105°C) qualification.
