The S25FL256SAGBHI200 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) automotive-grade SPI NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase. It supports SPI Multi-I/O with single, dual, and quad data lines, including DDR modes, and operates up to 133 MHz with read speeds to 80 MBps. The device offers 20-year data retention, 100,000 cycles, a 1024-byte OTP region, and sector protection. AEC-Q100 qualified for -40°C to +105°C.
