The S25FL128SDPMFV010 is a 128 Mb (16 MB) SPI NOR flash memory based on 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology with Eclipse architecture, supporting Single, Dual, and Quad SPI as well as DDR modes. It operates at a 3.0 V core supply and 1.65–3.6 V I/O, with maximum read speeds up to 80 MBps (Quad DDR, 80 MHz).
