The S26KS256SDPBHM020 is a 256 Mb HYPERFLASH™ memory with HYPERBUS™ interface, supporting 1.8 V and 3.0 V operation. It delivers up to 166 MHz (333 MBps) at 1.8 V and 100 MHz (200 MBps) at 3.0 V. Uniform 256 KB sectors, ECC, CRC, and 100,000 program/erase cycles ensure robust data integrity. Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +125°C. Low power modes include standby at 25 µA and deep power-down at 4 µA. Applications include automotive, industrial, and embedded systems.
