The S25FL128LAGNFM013 is a 128 Mb (16 MB) FL-L NOR flash memory with a 3.0 V supply and SPI multi-I/O interface, supporting single, dual, and quad data lines up to 133 MHz for read speeds up to 66 MBps. It features 256-byte page programming, uniform 4 KB sector, 32 KB half block, and 64 KB block erase, and 100,000 program/erase cycles.
