The S25FL128LAGMFA013 is a 128 Mb (16 MB) FL-L NOR flash memory with a 3.0 V single supply and SPI multi-I/O interface supporting single, dual, and quad data rates, including DDR Quad I/O. It achieves read speeds up to 66 MBps, features 256-byte page programming, and uniform 4 KB sector erase.
