The S26KS256SDGBHB030 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) automotive-grade NOR flash memory with a HYPERBUS™ DDR interface, supporting up to 133 MHz (266 MBps) at 1.8 V I/O. It offers 96 ns initial random access, configurable burst modes, ECC (1-bit correction, 2-bit detection), CRC, and advanced sector protection. Qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 2 (–40°C to +105°C), it supports 100,000 program/erase cycles and 20-year retention in a 24-ball FBGA package.
