The S26KS256SDGBHA030 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) HYPERFLASH™ NOR memory using Infineon's 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ process and HYPERBUS™ DDR interface. It supports up to 133 MHz clock, 1.8 V operation, and up to 266 MBps read throughput. Key features include an 8-bit data bus, 96 ns initial random read access, 512-byte program buffer, and advanced sector protection. Qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 2 (–40°C to +105°C), it is ideal for automotive and industrial code and data storage.
