The S26KS128SDGBHN030 is a 128 Mb HYPERFLASH™ memory with HYPERBUS™ interface and DCARS DDR center-aligned read strobe. It operates at 1.8 V or 3.0 V, supports up to 166 MHz clock and 333 MBps read throughput. ECC provides single-bit correction and dual-bit detection. Uniform 256 KB sectors, advanced sector protection, and -40°C to +125°C operation (AEC-Q100 Grade 1) enable robust flash storage for automotive and industrial uses.
