The S26KS128SDABHB030 is a 128 Mb (16 MB) HYPERFLASH™ NOR memory with a high-speed HYPERBUS™ DDR interface, supporting 1.8 V and 3.0 V operation. It delivers up to 333 MBps sustained read throughput at 1.8 V, with a 96 ns initial random read access and a 512-byte program buffer. The device features ECC (1-bit correction), CRC, advanced sector protection, and is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive use.
