It supports up to 80 MBps Quad DDR read speeds, 100,000 program-erase cycles, and operates from a 2.7 V to 3.6 V core supply with 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O. AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualification enables operation from -40°C to +125°C.
