The S26HL01GTFPBHI033 is a 1 Gb SEMPER™ NOR Flash using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. It supports HYPERBUS™ (DDR up to 400 MBps) and legacy SPI, compliant with JEDEC JESD251. Safety features include ISO 26262 ASIL-B, ECC, CRC, SafeBoot, and sector protection. Endurance Flex architecture enables up to 2,560,000 program-erase cycles or 25 years retention. Operating voltage is 2.7 V to 3.6 V, with AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualification for automotive and industrial use.
