The S25HL01GTDPMHV013 is a 1 Gb SEMPER™ NOR flash memory using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. It supports dual and quad SPI interfaces with SDR up to 83 MBps and DDR up to 102 MBps. ISO26262 ASIL B functional safety, built-in ECC, and advanced protection enhance reliability. Endurance Flex partitions enable up to 2,560,000 program-erase cycles and 25-year retention. Operating at 2.7–3.6 V, it is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive and industrial use.
