The S25HL01GTDPMHB010 is a 1 Gb SEMPER™ NOR Flash memory based on Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. It supports Quad SPI, Dual SPI, and standard SPI interfaces with read rates up to 102 MBps. ISO26262 ASIL B functional safety, built-in ECC, and Endurance Flex partitions provide high endurance and long retention. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V, it is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive and industrial use, offering minimum 2,560,000 program-erase cycles.
