Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it offers advanced sector protection, 100,000 program-erase cycles, and 20-year retention. AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified for -40°C to +125°C, it is ideal for automotive code storage.
