The S25FL256SDPMFIG00 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory based on MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture, delivering high-speed read rates up to 80 MBps (Quad DDR) and page programming up to 1.5 MBps. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O supply, it supports extended temperature ranges up to AEC-Q100 Grade 1 (-40°C to +125°C).
