It supports up to 80 MBps Quad DDR read, 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, and operates over -40°C to +105°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 2). Features include hybrid or uniform sectoring, hardware ECC, OTP array, and advanced data protection.
