The S25FL256SDPBHIC10 is a 256 Mb SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. It offers hybrid 4-KB/64-KB or uniform 256-KB sectors, 100,000 program-erase cycles, and 20-year data retention. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it achieves up to 80 MBps read rates in Quad DDR mode. AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualification supports automotive use from -40°C to +125°C.
