The S25FL256SDPBHB213 is a 256 Mb automotive-grade SPI NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase. It supports SPI Multi-I/O with single, dual, quad, and DDR modes up to 80 MBps, operates at 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, and offers hybrid or uniform sector options. Qualified to AEC-Q100 grade 2 (–40°C to +105°C), it provides 100,000 program-erase cycles and 20-year retention.
