Built on Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, it features ISO26262 ASIL-B compliance, ECC for single-bit error correction and double-bit error detection, and advanced sector protection. Endurance Flex architecture enables high-endurance and long-retention partitions. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V, it is AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified.
