The S25HS512TFANHV010 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ NOR flash memory using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology for high density and reliability. Operating at 1.7 V to 2.0 V and -40°C to 125°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 1), it features flexible sector architecture, SECDED ECC, advanced protection, ISO26262 ASIL B/D readiness, and up to 1,280,000 program-erase cycles. Quad SPI supports up to 83 MBps (SDR) and 102 MBps (DDR). 25-year data retention ensures reliability for automotive use.
