The S25HS512TFAMHM010 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ NOR Flash memory utilizing Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. It supports Quad SPI up to 166 MHz, delivering up to 83 MBps (SDR) and 102 MBps (DDR). Features include flexible sector architecture, SECDED ECC error correction, ISO26262 ASIL B compliance, and Endurance Flex partitions for high endurance and long retention. Operating from 1.7 V to 2.0 V, it is qualified for industrial and automotive (AEC-Q100 up to 125°C) use.
