The S25FL064LABNFM011 is a 64 Mb (8 MB) serial NOR flash memory with 3.0 V supply, 65-nm floating gate technology, and SPI interface supporting single, dual, and quad I/O, QPI, and DDR commands. It achieves up to 54 MBps quad read at 108 MHz and 54 MBps DDR at 54 MHz.
