The S25FL128SDPBHB210 is a 128 Mb SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory with MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase performance. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, achieving up to 52 MBps Quad read and 80 MBps Quad DDR read rates. Endurance is 100,000 cycles with 20-year retention. AEC-Q100 Grade 2 qualification enables operation from -40°C to +105°C.
